There is support caregivers can seek when they need guidance and pointers with care. This list is not exhaustive, but a small selection of a few online resources for general help in caregiving:

  • The 24/7 Helpline from Alzheimer’s Association (800.272.3900) is always available when someone needs help in relation to dementia and caregiving.

  • Seniorlink has 10 of the best free resources for dementia caregivers to go to when they need it.

  • Aging Care offers a large supply of information on an array of Caregiving Topics.

  • Daily Caring also has a slew of resources for carers and about the caregiving process.

  • The UCLA Care Program is a video series on YouTube that addresses a wide range of challenges that most caregivers face in their journey of dementia care.
